This is becoming a popular post each month. None of these inquiries are anything other than folks contacting me. 2016 is when these domains will ripen. Do you really think somebody coming along is going to convince me to sell low when I have watched these rise from no value whatsoever and a liability at that to where we are today and where we are headed in the next 5 years? My only $1k+ sale in April was RiskScore (com). Perhaps in the hands of a stronger player it could have sold much higher. But an interesting thing occurred this week. For more than two years on my Spanish domain sales site I have offered the option of domain leasing but noone had ever expressed any interest. This week someone was interested and agreed to the lease terms rather than make an offer on the domain. Terms are 10% down and 5% quarterly payments afterwards with the right to buy in the future. While the transaction is not a large dollar figure, it is certainly better than parking :) and easier than trying to develop the site myself.
