Evening Folks!!
Yup, that's right, Broncos.com domain name will be auctioned at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. on October 21st in Fort Lauderdale.
Should be very lively bidding as the reserve is less than half of what Cowboys.com sold for a few years back.
Wonder who will show up??
Here is the entire list of domains at auction. Silent auction started today.

Hope all the teams that use Broncos have been made aware. Sure there is a rugby league team in Australia that uses that name.
Yep, there we go … http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brisbane_Broncos

Great name – a press release is in order.

Bit late, any large organisation needs more lead time to get positioned to bid. You’d have needed a press release 6 months ago followed by an expression of interest circular to the various clubs.
Could have had an auction at traffic with the highest bidder then put against sealed tender bids to assess the winner.

This blog is an online university. Each time I come here I read from down to up that’s the only way to catch up.

Maybe Ford will re-launch the Bronco SUV with it (it was shelved in 1996) … along with Bronco.com ,, which is listed at Sedo as ” $150,000 or Best Offer” (say “sellers minimum bid threshold is $35,000”)
… or perhaps Peyton Manning will show up and Win the auction at the last minute just like he & his Broncos gang did vs the Cowboys last Sunday in that dynamic 99 total points game

If you had an auction with 6-9 months deferred settlement then the clubs might pitch in bids more easily.
