Morning Folks!!
I want to thank the 120 different domainers that we represent with the following 304 domain names as well as 100 of my own. So this is the list we go to market with in 2013. I decided to put in in REVERSE alphabetical order. I like change!
We fought hard to arm ourselves with the best domains available that we believe fit our leasing model. We know this won't be easy, simple or fast. But each day we will press on until our goals are met. That means by the end of 2013 we should have built a head of steam and there will be no doubt how serious we have been these past few months.
It's not for me to release the names of the domainers involved. But I can tell you there are many familiar names and we really appreciate that you have decided to run with us.
You 120 are the ONLY folks we answer to from this day forward. Each of you know what we are up against. Each of you know this won't be easy. Each of you know that Danny and I will work TIRELESSLY on your behalf as well as ours to find the highest and best use of each domain below.
I think that is the one thing nobody questions. Some toss the word 'tirelessly' around. But I think we have demonstrated what that means when aimed at domainers just to get the following list possible.
Now we take that same energy and MORE on the road in the other direction! Aimed at end users that think big, dream big and have the track record and ability to see what we see. Pretty simple. For every 9999 that don't get it. ONE, gets it!
Now I have not told you everything. In time I will tell you a promise I made Danny later this year. Nothing happens overnight but in the months ahead we will demonstrate just how far we have all traveled from 'Base Camp' in October.
I am sure Danny will be making one more statement or two before we go off and do what we plan. Yes, there really is a plan. Don't underestimate Danny Welsh. In TIME you folks will all understand what I mean and together we are going to change OUR own destiny. Why? Because this is what we believe and our job is to explain why we do with the evidence we have. And of course because it is a win-win situation for all and when you demonstrate that FACT, the rest is pretty easy. Know why? NEED, WANT, DESIRE. And then when you add DOLLARS to the end of that equation, that my friends is called a GRANDSLAM.COM!
Rick Schwartz

Thanks Rick.
I am glad to part of this.
Richard
Congrats. There are some great names in this list.
One of the criteria you mentioned that you were looking for type-in traffic. I see bunch of names that I don’t think would be getting type-in traffic. So just curious, how did you decide to select those domains without type-in traffic?
Hugh
Congratulations….very nice list.
AbdulBasit Makrani
Best of luck Rick, Danny and the whole team. It’s really exciting to be part of this program.
Jeff Schneider
Hi Rick,
I see quite a few names through my marketing analyst eyes that are not only Traffic names but also could be quality stand alone Corporate names. I see in this list some Branded Corporate companies in the early stages of manifestation. Which among these will become the next internet powerhouse ? Just being on the list is a honor.
Thank you both for choosing me to have a little skin in the game.
Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Contact Group) (Metal Tiger)
Michael Li
Needless to say, I am incredibly proud to see my domain name appear on this list. I look forward to working with Rick and Danny on what seems like an incredible opportunity. Thanks all.
Stu Holly
Fantastic list guys, its great to be on board.
Cheers

DonnyM
I don’t own this name or know who does.
But I would take SeniorDating.com if I was starting a new match making service for seniors.
This one is a goldmine. Instant traffic + simple two-word generic in a huge increasing market. Tons of other nice names also on this list.
DonnyM
Ron
AccessibilityRamps.com??? This is considered a premium type domain?
@Domains
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
Jeff Schneider
Hi Rick,
This list has great potential to add a few entries into the futures top ten Websites, I see a few already. With a list like this you will achieve lightning speed to your goals. End users will cull this list and begin choosing their names of choice according to their Metrics not Domainers opinions. Brilliant choices with Brilliant results will propel JointVentures.com to the head of the pack.
Congratulations to ALL involved !
Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Contact Group) (Metal Tiger)
Rick Schwartz
Ron, it’s called a LEASEABLE domain name.
Maybe you shoud do some research and see why it is included.
Francois
Many great names.
And what is the leasing price or where can it be found?
Bill Roy
Rick & Danny (and all the owners) good luck to you all, I am sure with your hard work this will pay off big time.
I do like the fact that one domain hack is in there (Try.us), as well as a couple of non .coms (2 x .biz and 1 x .TV). I think the Golfing.TV is a really great domain (could even be a TV channel on Hulu, Spike, Fox, CNN, etc., but streaming on the net).
Of the .com’s the ‘DNA’ names appeal to me, but that is because of my BioChem background and I think there will be a huge expansion in this field over the next 5-10 years. Of the rest of the .com’s there are some great development projects there, I mean ‘Stop.com’ could appeal to a myriad of different things (smoking, drinking, drugs, political activism fields, the list is almost endless).
Well done to the two of you Rick and Danny, this would have taken a lot of work to get it this far, and will take work from here on in, but if anybody can bring this off I am absolutely sure it will be the two of you.
Jeff Schneider
Hello Bill,
Great observations. I believe the Webs DNA Foundation is built on the .COM extension. This accounts for the 98%+ .COM Foundations making Ricks final cut.
Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Contact Group) (Metal Tiger)
Mr. Magoo
Sorry, Rick, but without respective prices and leasing terms associated with each listing, I don’t see how anyone can have a genuine interest in working with you.
Rick Schwartz

Put your glasses on!
Go to Jointventures.com and click on”Premium Domains Available” and”Featured Listings”
Plenty of prices for those that look.
Kevin M.
Rick, Just curious, I see some names listed here, but not on the JV site. LogoDesigns.com, ImagingSoftware.com, BillPayments.com.. maybe more. Oversight or still adding names?
gary d
Lots of great names! Good Luck!
Jeff Schneider
Hello Bill,
Speaking of DNA another interesting side note is the fact the the human genome is comprised of or represented by letters of the alphabet. Its no wonder that letters elicit primordial responses from humans like us? Interesting !
Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Cotact Group) (Metal Tiger)

Well done Rick and Danny – Bravo!
It is really exciting to have a few names in this project. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you ever need any help.
Best of luck.

Sorry for my stupid question and for the”kind” suggestion on where the leasing prices, makes sense.

I hope you folks have a lot of success. Some nice names there for sure.

Folks, 2013 has started the way of eternity: Candidates preparing for next US General Elections launching their goods on .COM.
I am yet to see any serious effort by politicians to put their future on .whatever. And we know these sons of bitches are sly as fox, and most often have inside information that we are not privy to.
Case and point, this morning, Hillary.Com has come alive, with a flurry of activity. Here look, here is what it says in a synopsis:
Thank you for visiting.
Click here to reach the Office of Hillary Clinton.

Paid for by Friends of Hillary
You are best to check out the site yourself. It all goes to show you, nothing is new under .Com, oops the sun. Welcome to 2016, folks, same as 2008. Or 3000 for that matter. Long live .com.
Gypsum Fantastic
Upon seeing that list I think I’m beginning to ‘get’ the ‘formula’ for what currently makes a good lease domain.
I submitted a subset of my own domains to this (2 word generics), but I think most of mine were perhaps veered too much towards ‘brand potential’ rather than pure type ins.
I’ve got some future tech domains that might suit the pure type in model in the future, but only if the corresponding technologies they relate to were to take off…(I didn’t waste time submitting any of them on this occasion)
Hope this venture works out.

What a splendid list of leas-able domains.
From an SEO perspective there are some amazing opportunities which have been presented that will truly have a Global impact!
Bravo, for taking on what can without question be touted as”The Most Ambitious Domain Name Initiative” in an emerging market in the entire world!
Well done…

Hello Rick and Danny:
Congratulations for the outstanding work and the choice of those very high quality domain names! I trust this inspiring venture will positively inflect the future of our young industry…
I am very grateful to your making me part of this unique undertaking, in awesome company…
Hat off!
Jeff Schneider
Hi Rick,
Many of these .COM Foundations on this list will be able to break free from the many Parking Incubators that hid their awsome marketing potential. Your beautiful marketing strategy will unlock the door for many of these prime .COM Foundations to break ground and free them to blossom into the strategic key to Mass Marketing principles. This will facilitate and catalyse an ever quickening pace in Capital Structure expansion via the Web.
Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Contact group) (Metal Tiger)

Congratulations on a nice list and it will get nicer when folks see it materialize. Success can be contagious. Check out this page i found at http://search.topdomainer.com/domain/juegos3d.com/

A lot of two word domains, well here’s two more – Good Luck!
Jason Franklin
Great list Rick! I know all of these names will do well. I like the DNA names as well as many other names on the list. I own DNA-Chip.com (1,300 exact searhes – age 2000) and although the hyphen devalues it a small bit in some peoples eyes, I know it still has potential and value to some investors or to a DNA Chip company, or possibly a DNA diagnostics facility since DNA Chips can be used to detect diseases early and so much more. Here is a link to some info on them http://www.medicalopedia.org/2453/dna-chips-a-glimpse-from-the-future/ Some of my other favorites on the list are Invites.com, Amps.com, Golfing.tv, and Cater.com. So many good names, it’s hard to choose a favorite.
Respectfully, Jason Franklin

Magnificent selection! Different people will quibble about this one or that one. Overall, though, I think most people would love to own the list in its entirety.

Rick,
It will probably be the 5% / 95 rule.
Can you list the type in traffic on each domain?
Danny Welsh
Thanks for the kind words, everyone. It IS one hell of a list. And a monumental undertaking just getting here, as Rick says. Now we gear up to take the merchandise to market in a BIG way all year long. Rick says the hard work has already been done…and that’s because he’ll probably be going back to the beach with his umbrella drink soon while I build a company and recruit a team of ninjas I can train to sell like crazy.
If you were among the tens of thousands of submissions we had to say”not at this time to”…please forgive me for not being able to serve you at THIS TIME with our current 12 month plans.
Just so you know, I put this together as an”entrepreneur” in part because I saw clearly how things were unfolding…and personally as a”domainer” I only felt like I had a VERY FEW domain names that would be good enough to elbow my way to the table of a company in a certain industry to have a profit share or ongoing income of some kind.
That’s why Rick was my first client. He has a couple hundred of those domains. And my goal is that by the time it’s all said and done within 36 months 100 of them will be a deal that would have made the newspapers if it were done years before, but will become”normal” enough that it isn’t even covered in the press anymore.
It’ll take a few years, and I’ll settle for 100 done deals for Rick and 100+ deals for our other clients…but if we get there…everyone in domain investing wins. ;)
I hope many who cannot participate this time around cheer our success with JointVentures.com.
It is not guaranteed by any means, but if and when it transpires…expect our increasing successes to pave the way for others in a few years as we endeavor to make mainstream companies realize their chance to outright buy the absolute best .com domain name for their biz is history.
“Not for sale! Lease or JV only…”

Hi Danny,
JointVentures.com is all about BREAKING BARRIERS. The latent potential for rapid Capital structure Formation involving Domain Owners united with End Users is unprecedented in scope.
Your beautiful marketing strategy brings the End User and Domain owner together to unlock the door for many of these prime .COM Foundations to break ground and free them to blossom into the strategic keys to Mass Marketing principles they are meant for.

Hi Davinderpal,
Just seen on the JointVentures.com website that your portfolio is one of those where already negotiations are taking place, good for you (and Rick and Danny of course), those are damn good domains.
When I was doing BioChem my love was extremeophiles, their molecular components and especially their enzymes (this field has of course now reached out into astro-biology as well). The thing is of course that by utilizing the enzymology of extremeophiles it is likely that many industrial and medical innovations will be achieved in the near future. Of course the genetic susceptability of humans to certain diseases and ailments and therefore the possible prevention and/or cure is also of huge economic importance. The amount of Research & Development budgets in these fields is already staggering but is likely to grow substantially.
Anyway, Davinderpal, Rick, Danny, really I just wanted to congratulate you all. I hope the negotiations go well and are successful for all concerned.
Bill Roy
